The Badger's Bench is a new jewellery making and metalsmithing school based in North Lincolnshire. My name is Nick (www.nickshone.com) and I have been designing, making and selling jewellery and artwork for the greater part of the last twenty years.

I launched the Badger's Bench to allow me to share my experience in a wide range of methods, styles and materials with aspiring jewellers and artisans and courses run from both the Badger's purpose built home studio and further afield at venues across Lincolnshire and Yorkshire. There is a diverse choice workshops on offer with more being offered all the time. As both a studio based and mobile jewellery school I aim to deliver a high-end experience and the sessions are equipped with a comprehensive range of professional standard tools and equipment.

Regular workshops run as half day experiences of generally between three and four hours as well as full day courses allowing participants time to create more elaborate pieces and explore more challenging techniques while tempting refreshments are always on hand to help fuel the creative process
